A graduate of the University of Alberta and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, he is a proponent of the FMS and TPI framework since 2010. Fascinated by human development and movement, he has incorporated Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Anatomy in Motion (AIM), gymnastics, focused breathing and StrongFirst Kettlebell training to enhance posture and movement for rehabilitative strength and fitness. To reset faulty neuromuscular structures , other skills he brings with him include: Active Release, Instrument Assisted Soft tissue techniques such as Graston and FAKTR
