Description
Dr. Tara is a family chiropractor with a passion for pre- and post-natal as well as pediatric care. Her approach is evidence-informed, patient-centered and nervous system focused. She employs a variety of techniques including spinal, extremity and cranial adjustments and mobilizations, myofascial release therapy, kinesiotaping, vibration therapy, and exercises to help moms and babies feel their best. In addition, Dr. Tara has special training in the assessment and management of tongue ties.
