Dr. Jones provides evidence-based care with a patient centered approach. She analyzes the whole-body and creates personalized treatment plans with the patient's needs and wants in mind. She tries to restore the body through its entirety, with a mixture of myofascial release techniques, joint manipulations/adjustments, electrical or non-electrical acupuncture, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation, mindfulness and education. Overall, Dr. Jones works with her patients as a team, and educates them with tools to help them manage and understand their own pain.
