Dr. Joe is a graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractor West Campus in San Jose, California. He loves getting to work collaboratively with other therapists to provide the best outcome for his patients. Dr. Joe specializes in soft-tissue therapies and individualized exercise rehab programs.
