Dr. Bernard is a evidence informed, sports performance and manual therapist practitioner, utilizing a multitude of modalities to (Shockwave, Ultrasound, Exercise & Rehabilitation, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy aka GRASTON, Neuro-education techniques etc) to return you back to optimal performance and health. Dr. Bernard was medical lead for Athletics Canada's East Hub from 2011-2014 and has supported Canada's Olympic and Paralympic teams since 2010. Dr. Bernard is also registered with Pain BC as a chronic pain practitioner.
