Description
Mitch grew up in Waterloo where he graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science (Honours Kinesiology) and a minor in Sports Rehabilitation. After University, Mitch continued his education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Mitch is certified in Integrated Needling, Nutrition (Level 1 Precision Nutrition certified coach) and Strength and Conditioning (CSCS).
