Dr. Higgins believes in the body’s ability to naturally heal and adapt. Chiropractic can help give the body the needed push in the right direction to start the process. She encourages her patients to make small changes to their daily routines, whether it’s improving mobility of joints, adding a little a daily activity or healthy changes to their diet.
