My approach to healthcare combines the latest in evidence based therapy, exercise as medicine, and education, for the improvement, and maintenance of health, function, fitness, and performance. I am as much a coach as anything else. Meaning my job is not only to help you feel better, its to teach you how to make yourself feel better as well! A lifelong athlete, outdoorsman and adventure seeker, if I’m not working with a patient, you can probably find me in the gym, on a trail, or in the backcountry.

He took the time to find out what was causing the stress that was affecting my body, then gave me tips and ideas to slowly incorporate into my life to try and reduce how my body deals with it. I also received a follow up email highlighting all that we discussed. Holistic treatment , feels good.

CONNECT opened in May 2019 out of a need for MORE. More 1-on-1 time with our patients, more time learning about you and your goals, and more focus on doing the things that we know will help you in the long term. That meant creating a space that provided more than just the highest quality physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy services. It meant we needed a space where we could empower people to take active control of their health. We know that the way that we bring rehab and fitness together is going to help change the way you think about and manage our own health.
