Dr. Alfredo's passion is helping people understand how health works in their body. It's not just about alleviating pain and symptoms but rather creating an optimal environment for healing. He is is a lifelong learner constantly reading and taking course work in the areas of Neurology, Nutrition, Movement and health. He spends many hours a week doing functional fitness and enjoys pushing himself physically and mentally.
