Carla first earned an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree while competing as a varsity track athlete. From there, her fascination with the human body led her to a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Diploma of Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Many other credentials followed, along with studying under individuals like Ido Portal and pursuing knowledge through self-developed experimental movement programs.
