Description
I am a graduate of McMaster University and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I am passionate about using my knowledge and my hands to alleviate pain and stress from the body. I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself. Sometimes it just needs a push or a helping hand, and that’s what I aim to be for my patients. I aspire to hold a safe, welcoming, and positive space for patients and I enjoy treating muscular/joint aches and pains from head to toe. I use techniques such as spinal manipulation , soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, and exercise prescription.
