Dr. Alex holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Honours) - Movement Science degree, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Alex curates and implements individualized treatment plans for her patients using her proficiency in Diversified Technique, Soft Tissue Release Therapy, rehabilitation exercise prescription, nutrition and education. Dr. Alex provides therapy that is tailored to each individual and their specific goals, offering expertise in injury rehabilitation, movement optimization, symptom management, and/or injury prevention.
