Description
Dr Milne specializes in adjustments of the extremities (arms and legs) and is certified in Cox flexion/distraction and decompression technique to address cervical, thoracic and lumbar disc bulges and herniations. He also uses Low Level Laser Light therapy to treat a variety of conditions and other soft tissue techniques to pin and stretch damaged muscles and tissue. Dr Milne maintained a license to practice in Oregon for 13 years and also held a license to practice in The Yukon.

Education
- Dr. John Milne, C.D., L.R.A.M., B.Sc., D.C., is the director of Bell Chiropractic. He attained his undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Western States Chiropractic College. He graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland Oregon in 2006.
- Originally trained as a classical musician and having played for the Bolshoi Ballet, he has a special interest in working with musicians and dancers. In addition, he served in the British Army and has continued to be a reserve Canadian Army infantry officer for many years.
