About
Drew has been involved in a variety of high competitive sports throughout his life, most notably in swimming, track/cross country running, and ice hockey, and strongly believes in both the physical and psychological importance of maintaining an active lifestyle. These days he spends most of his free time outdoors with his wife Annie, partaking in endurance sports such as running and cycling, and has recently started the journey into the sport of triathlon. . He strives to help all individuals move more, hurt less, and maintain an active lifestyle.
