I could barely put any weight on my ankle and move, let alone think about running or picking any weight. Walking or picking up groceries was a hassle, Dr. Nader helped me rehabilitate my ankle and now I can see the difference in the exercises given to me ; I'm back to running again! Would whole-heartedly recommend him.
