- Dr. Foglia graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2010, on the Dean’s List with Clinic Honors. He also holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree, Honors Movement Science with a minor in Human Biology from the University of Windsor. Dr. Joe is an active member of the College of Chiropractors of BC & the Royal College of Chiropractic Sport Sciences Canada.
