Dr. Ally attended the University of Calgary where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction. Dr. Ally attended theUniversity of Western States (UWS) in Portland, Oregon and graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree achieving Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Ally practices Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Cupping and Muscle energy techniques, as well as Active Release Techniques (ART) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). Additionally, Dr. Ally is Webster Certified, a technique designed to ensure optimal biomechanics throughout pregnancy.
