Sophie Limoges graduated from the University of Quebec in 2003 with a doctorate in Chiropractic Care. She uses Applied Kinesiology as a diagnostic tool for her chiro treatments. AK is a neuromusculoskeletal testing technique, which allows a more unified view of the body's functioning by screening the body's base muscle function, joint work, neurological function, visceral reflexes, biochemical and even the emotional side of the body. Sophie began training for triathlons at the age of 16 and later on added weight training, working with a very knowledgeable trainer.
