Dr. Deborah loves helping people get back to the activities they love to do. Chiropractic care has always been part of her life and she is happy to be the one providing care for others now. She uses a combination of the best evidence and her clinical experience to help reduce your pain and improve your function. Her treatments may include hands-on therapy, rehabilitation exercises, acupuncture, laser therapy, and/or shockwave therapy. From teens to weekend warriors, to the elderly, Dr. Deborah provides hands-on pain relief from muscle and joint complaints to help you feel your best.

At 416 Chiro, we provide hands-on pain relief from muscle and joint complaints to feel your best! We offer chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy, and mental health services. Our practitioners all do one-on-one treatments that may include manual therapy, rehab exercises, acupuncture, IFC, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and/or cupping.
