Description
Dr. Darren Te Chun Yu holds a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Masters of Acupuncture, and Oriental Medicine degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences. As well as a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Alberta. Dr. Yu's favourite quote is *"Within every patient there resides a doctor, and we as physicians are at our best when we put our patients in touch with the doctor inside themselves."* --Albert Schweitzer. This quote embodies his healing philosophy. He helps each patient initiate the healing power from their body so that the body can heal itself.

Summary
We seek to help you return to doing the things you love, whether it’s playing with the grandkids, going back to your weekend running or finally being free of discomfort. Rather than concentrating solely on your pain levels, we begin by performing functional tests to understand the health of your nervous system. Since the nervous system is the controller of everything else in the body, any interference or dysfunction with it can cause symptoms of illness or pain. Once we understand how your nervous system is operating, we work to enhance it with gentle techniques.
