Meghan McGhie-Costigan is the owner/operator of Norfolk Foot Care. Meghan grew up in Simcoe and has cultivated a life rich in family and local connections. She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Western University before earning her Chiropody certification from the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences in Toronto in 2011. Meghan has spent the past 13 years working as a Chiropodist in Simcoe under the mentorship of Melanie Dykstra. Now, she is excited to open her own practice, Norfolk Foot Care and Orthotics.

Summary
Our clinic specializes in treating foot and lower limb conditions. Services typically include routine foot care (e.g., nail trimming, callus and corn removal), treatment for fungal infections, ingrown toenails, and verrucas. We also offer biomechanical assessments, custom orthotics for foot alignment, and diabetic foot care to prevent complications. We have laser and shockwave therapy to treat soft tissue conditions such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. We also provide advice on footwear and preventative care to maintain foot health.
