Took time to assess thoroughly and listened to concerns. Did not try to push item purchases For example, despite custom orthotics indication, Dr. Tabrizi simply recommended them, said why and didn't try to push them on me. He listened that I was not interested at this time, and took the time to hear why I felt that way. Excellent communication & patience with myself and my 9 year old. I walked out of the assessment with many actionable items and solid advice, with feeling that I could return for more in depth information (e.g., more specific exercises), but did not get pushed to book another appointment upon leaving. Helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, personable admin assistant.
