Following completion of studies at the Sussex School of Chiropody, Brighton Polytechnic, in the U.K., in 1987, he worked both within the U.K. National Health Service, and private sector prior to immigrating to Canada. Martin practised at the Ottawa Civic Hospital for 12 years, and has since been in full-time private practice. He was also a Consultant for Health Canada (NIHB), and has served as a Director of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists. He is a member of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. Involved in numerous research studies, he has lectured extensively
