In-person visit
Appointment was scheduled for 4:10pm at university location, upon reaching I was told I am not scheduled for that location and for a different one. That’s a big mistake for someone coming from a long distance in a busy schedule for an appointment. Strict actions should be taken for the same. Luckily, I requested people working in clinic and they took me after hours. Good service for that but someone responsible for bookings should take care of what happened.

Hannah explained the process before starting the exam and provided information throughout so that I knew what to expect. At the end she reviewed the results and provided some excellent suggestions for strategies to relieve some of the challenges.
