Tiffany is a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated from York University with her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Science with Honours. Tiffany loves to integrate manual therapy (hands-on), therapeutic modalities, a strong exercise prescription, and patient education to provide a well-rounded, holistic treatment approach to address the root cause not just the symptoms. Tiffany believes that Athletic Therapy is for everyone; whether you are a Professional Athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply want to improve your quality of life, Tiffany is there to help you reach your goals.
