I am a an Athletic therapist, Massage therapist, and Fascial Stretch therapist working the health, wellness, and fitness industry. I use a global approach based on exercises and manual therapy in order to help you relieve pain, move better and get stronger for life. My goal is to help you understand your injury and guide the rehabilitation process, helping you progress and return to your sport or activities of daily living pain-free and with full confidence in yourself and your abilities.
