Thomas Nicholls

Description

Thomas works with various elite athletes ranging from varsity athletes to Olympians. His experiences includes National Ballet of Canada, as well as with the Canadian Wheelchair Rugby team. Thomas was the Lead Athletic Therapist for both the 2019 King Power Quads Nations in the UK and the 2019 World Wheelchair Rugby Challenge in Tokyo, Japan. In 2020, Thomas was selected as core medical for the Wheelchair Rugby Paralympic Qualifier. 

Thomas strongly believes in the importance of combining therapeutic exercises along with manual therapy in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
