Description
Jason’s love for athletics inspired him to want to help people achieve their health & lifestyle goals. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics then went on to persue an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy to broaden his knowledge in exercise rehabilitation and musculoskeletal assessment. He uses a variety of active therapeutic rehabilitation & exercise prescription to help with range of motion, strength, sprains, strains, muscular weakness, joint pain, TMJ disorder, back pain, whiplash, concussions, inflexibility, short-term mental health conditions, taping and prevention.
