Description
Betsy completed her Bachelors of Athletic and Exercise Therapy in 2017 Camosun College. Prior to her Athletic Therapy training she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in 2008. Betsy excels in the treatment and rehabilitation of sacro ilac joint dysfunction, lumbo pelvic instability, as well injuries of the shoulders, knees and ankle. Her approach is a balance of manual therapy and rehabilitative exercises including modalities such as cupping, fascial abrasion technique, myo fascial release, soft tissue release, shockwave, ultrasound and electrotherapy
