Kara works with musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation such as shoulder, knee, hip, back and ankle injuries. Kara has the ability to provide care for acute or chronic injuries including post surgical procedures. She has also taken courses and has knowledge in pregnancy related issues and rehabilitation. She also works well with high performance athletes such as hockey, rugby and football players.  

Kara has over 9 years of Registered Athletic Therapy Experience as well as over 500 hours of Massage Therapy hours. She writes her RMT exam March 2025 and expects to be a Registered Massage Th
