Melina loves to use manual therapy,  joint mobilizations in treatment and  is also  able  and passionate about devising personalized exercises programs to her clients to help them progress optimally and safely. Although she has a great deal of experience with athletes and busy bodies, Melina loves to work with people from all walks of life, ranging from professional athletes to seniors. In her spare time, you can find Melina playing soccer or swimming. She also loves to travel and spending time  with her family and friends.
