Description
Growing up, Rachel played a wide variety of sports – basketball, soccer, volleyball, track and field, horse back riding, and Aikido to name a few. She has always been fascinated with how the human body moves and how all the parts of the body work together to allow that to happen. Moving your body through space with confidence and helping you know you have the capacity to do what you would love throughout your day is a goal Rachel strives to help you meet.
