Description
Dan has a wide range of experience including working with varsity sports teams, weekend warriors and the general population. He has extensive knowledge of both acute and chronic injuries, and has a passion for helping people get back to feeling their best again. Dan’s client-centered approach involves working through personalized goals and investigating the root cause of dysfunction and pain. His treatment techniques can vary from relaxation to deep tissue and consist of a variety of joint play mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point release and therapeutic exercise and stretches.
