​​Barbara is a Registered Acupuncturist with a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and additional studies in women's health. She is also an Arvigo® Abdominal Therapist.

She focuses on effective natural therapies that ​support emotional, reproductive and digestive health.

Her aim is to help achieve their health goals - whether that be relief from symptoms of anxiety; migraines; pain relief; a healthy conception and pregnancy or an easy transition through all of life's stages.

Barbara's goal is to help as many people as possible feel better, get healthy and create new possibilities!
