Description
Shao specializes in pain management, internal medicine, gynecology, fatigue, stress relief and anxiety, & cosmetic acupuncture. She combines acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, Guasha (a scraping technique), Chinese style massage (Tuina), auricular therapy (acupuncture points located over the external ear), & other techniques to provide personalized treatment plans. If you are new to acupuncture & are not sure if needles will work for you, treatment can alternatively be delivered using Tuina, Guasha or Cupping as part of the treatment to stimulate acupuncture points and meridians.

Facility Information
True Integration Rehab & Wellness
Summary
We provide services in our office which has 3 treatment rooms and a gym area for supervised exercises. All our therapists take pride in their respective disciplines, and care about the clients. Unlike many other rehab clinics, we do not delegate services to assistants, especially for chiropractic or physiotherapy. For chiropractic, you will receive soft tissue work/massage type treatments, gentle joint movements plus machines which help decrease pain & inflammation & a home exercise program. We do not rush you in and out. We provide 1-on-1 care with you in timed increments that you select.
