In-person visit
He is very knowledgeable about the body and stretches / strength training to try. Sometime we got "stuck" because I couldn't understand how to do a certain move, and he couldn't figure out another way to explain it. Unfortunately, he arrived late to my sessions 3-4 times. Try to go to the Provencher location if possible, as that's where he works most of the time (I went to Nassau and he would sometimes arrive late).
