Description

Valerie has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese medicine for more than 18 years. Her evidence-based approach moves beyond simply treating symptoms and involves addressing the deeper root causes of physical and mental illness. Understanding the role genetics, epigenetics, and the immune system play in health and illness is part of her constantly evolving practice.

Her treatments are highly individualized and are tailored specifically to you and your root causes. Valerie combines acupuncture, herbal medicine, food therapy, and other modalities to help you achieve your wellness goals.
