Description
During massage therapy treatments I use a combination of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and Swedish massage. Through an initial assessment to further understand patients’ needs, areas of imbalance are located so that treatments can be focused on releasing tension, easing pain, and promoting relaxation. Acupuncture treatments include initial discussion around health concerns and treatment outcomes. We'll take into consideration lifestyle, diet, sleep patterns, and general wellbeing. Treatment may also include cupping and/gua sha (scraping).
