I’m a dedicated and passionate professional in the field of holistic wellness and personal growth. My approach combines my knowledge in Western Medicine (as a Respiratory Therapist) and Eastern Medicine (as an Acupuncturist) with other modalities, such as mindfulness, meditation, and breath work, to create a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing. I believe in the innate wisdom of the body and work collaboratively with my clients to support their healing and personal growth. I am trauma-informed and psychedelically informed.
