Description
Hi, I’m Meg — Here to help you feel your best, inside and out. Whether it’s stress, digestion, sleep, hormonal shifts, or chronic pain and fatigue, I’ve got you covered. I combine balance system and facial acupuncture with craniosacral therapy, lifestyle support, and TCM-based wellness tips. As a former ballet dancer and long-time desk worker who became an acupuncture student in mid-life, I understand both movement and burnout. I bring focused attention, curiosity — and a healthy dose of humour to each session. All bodies, stories, and viewpoints are welcome—and every feeling is valid.
