My approach involves, a "treating the body as a whole" mindset and aims to provide practical, supportive care considering each person's goals, comfort, and abilities. Each treatment integrates various techniques, including myofascial and trigger point release, joint mobilization, active and passive stretching, Swedish and deep tissue massage.
