First time acupuncture experience. Very painless experience and Lina explained how the body is all connected and what she was doing with the needles. Its a bit too early to see if i feel better but I do feel very relaxed and my muscles do feel less tense after the 1st time. I'll return for more sessions and they do massage as well.
