I enjoy helping clients positively connect with their body, community, and natural environment. By building attentive and caring relationships with clients, I can address acute or recurring issues musculoskeletal pain, sleep disorders, mental health concerns, and more. Along with acupuncture, I use cupping, gua sha, tui na, and other techniques to support the body’s natural healing abilities.
