Dr. Sapna takes an innovative approach to Performance Optimization and Injury Rehabilitation. Her philosophy is simple and effective using a thorough assessment for every patient, unparalleled results through her unique treatments that combine: soft tissue techniques such as Active Release Techniques, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Traditional & Dynamic Cupping, with both traditional and Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture, joint manipulation, and fascial movement taping. With years of experience, she is the go-to for some of the most complicated cases.
