Description
Working with chronic and systemic conditions, she became interested in the role that diet could play as a means to support the therapy at home. Heidi trained as a Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London (UK), and received the award for Clinical Excellence upon graduation in 2014. Her knowledge of nutrition helps her to understand someone's dietary choices, interpret the effect that this may have on their health, and negotiate achievable changes to support their health outcomes.
