Description

Supporting health in the whole self wherever it's needed, be it mind, body, spiritual or emotional, is key to engaging the element of integration and healing within Heathers' acupuncture approach.
She is a TCM trained acupuncturist and has 8+ years of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries from repetitive injury, sports or MVA's.
All sessions include calming the nervous system along with pain relief which is really key for the amount of stress we typically encounter in a day.
