Description

A patient-led treatment is the approach I use in my TCM (_Traditional Chinese Medicine_) practice. It's your body, your health journey, you know best how your body has responded to all sorts of stimulus throughout life. Through this lens and a TCM approach, I've helped patients significantly reduce their musculoskeletal pains, such as neck, back, shoulder, elbow, and knee pain; including tendonitis, trigeminal neuralgia, arthritis, and sciatica. I have also helped patients address digestive issues, improved quality of life for cancer survivors, and helped their mental health.

Summary

We are a group of therapists committed to treating each individual as unique whole. We believe each body has self healing capacities, we are here to help facilitate that process. We offer Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Women's Health Physiotherapy, Reflexology, Relaxation Massage, Dr. Hauschka Facials 

We offer treatments including: Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Muscle Balancing, Active Release, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Friction Massage. Also, Women's Health Physiotherapy, Reiki, and Craniosacral Therapy, along with the most current home care programs.
