Description
Alex believes that massage therapy is a multidimensional method which is simultaneously an art & science, combining the classically accepted ideology of the past with modern medical concepts. Through his years of experience in the health care field he has found that massage therapy complements many other health care professions including physiotherapy. Whether you are trying to reduce your pain, return to sport or just relax tense muscles, Alex utilizes knowledge gained from his post graduate courses to promote faster healing & ensure that your treatment goals are achieved.
