Dr. Lyndsay Wareham, ND, is a graduate of the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in British Columbia. She previously completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a focus in Nutrition from Acadia University. Lyndsay considers herself to be a lifelong learner and soul seeker as she loves diving deep into one's personal growth and health journey by discussing everything from physical ailments to matters of the heart! She is interested in working with all members of your family - especially young children, developing teens, busy and burnt out parents, peri-menopause and menopausal clients.
