After 20 years of practice, my experience has been that the most benefitial way to heal is to balance the human body and allow it to do what it is made to do. Acupuncture is an amazing tool to help achieve that balance. This is the primary focus of my practice. Of course, we deal with specific symptoms, but ultimately, building resilience to heal and to withstand future ailments is the road to a long and good quality of life.
